The agendas are associated with humanitarian, social and human rights issues and affairs that affect people globally. It is a forum for governments to negotiate trade agreements. It is a place for them to settle trade disputes. It operates a system of trade rules. HSC

The United Nations Security Council is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations and is considered as the UN’s most powerful body. The UN charter gives primary responsibility for maintaining international peace and security to the Security Council, which may meet whenever peace is threatened.
